Safe food handling

The way that you store, handle and prepare foods is just as important as the kinds of foods that you eat and feed to your child in the early years. Food that isn't sterilised properly or that is handled or stored inappropriately can be an invitation for bugs and bacteria, to which babies, young children and pregnant women are particularly vulnerable.
