BREAD AND CHEESE BAKE
This is an easy, tasty lunch or dinner meal for toddlers or young children. Oldies like it too!

Makes 2 small servings, one adult serving.
2 slices wholemeal toast bread
A little butter or margarine
50 g (1/2 cup) grated tasty cheddar cheese
150 ml milk
Trim crusts off bread then butter the slices. Cut each slice into 4 triangles.
Place 4 triangles, butter sides down, in a small baking dish (e.g. an enamel pie dish, about 16 by 12 cm, or a round oven dish, 2 to 3 cups capacity).
Sprinkle over half the cheese. Make another layer of bread, then cheese.
Beat together egg and milk. Pour egg mixture over bread.
Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes
