What type of bread do I feed my baby?

What type of bread is suitable for my 10 month old?

Up until about 15 months, use a white bread. Some brown breads can be too rough on their digestive systems, and the fibre intake should not be increased too much. Too much fibre can lead to a reduced food intake and therefore affect growth. After 15 months, you can introduce a fine wholemeal bread but avoid ‘grainy’ or ‘nutty’ breads.
